Job Description

  • Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures, manage team of customer service representatives in Thailand and regional countries.
  • Work closely with the demand planning and logistics team to streamline processes. Problem solving on Import - Export issue by works closely with 3PL.
  • Monitor and analyse customer service performance and data.
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues. Manage the Key accounts of the company.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Customer Service Manager' should have:

  • A strong background in customer service role in the Trading industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team (7-10 subordinates).
  • Intense knowledge of Logistics knowledge (Incoterm, customs clearance document)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach to customer service management.
