  • Resolve customer complaints swiftly to protect brand reputation.
  • Monitor social media to catch and manage risks early.
  • Gather customer insights to influence leadership decisions.
  • Set service standards across dealers and call centers.
  • Champion customer satisfaction across every showroom touchpoint.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has experience and proven leader in customer experience for 5 years within the automotive industry.
  • Sharp communicator fluent in Thai and English.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for solving customer pain points, create customer journey.
  • Confident working solo and influencing top-level decisions.
  • Digitally savvy with strong social media and data instincts, and computer literacy.
