Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and responsible for country P&L.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the budget and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Report on market performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the brand presence and market share within Thailand.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong sales and leadership background.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and guide decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder management.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding business objectives within Food industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive market environment.
  • Familiarity with the Thailand market and responsibile for Full P&L.
