About Our Client
Our client is unrivalled presence medical device group in Thailand, was established almost 26 years as a trader. Currently, expanding to 6 companies, in which four of them are operating as a trader, and the other two as a service provider. They are now seeking for strong company secretary talent to join their team.
Job Description
-Advising and supervising directors to comply with official regulations.-Supervise the meeting such as Board of Directors meeting and Credit Committee meeting.-Scheduled the meeting of shareholders and taking care of the register of shareholders and reporting to Stock Exchange of Thailand, The Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand, and Bank of Thailand.-Preparing annual report and Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A).-Providing information to investors and fully aware of the movement in stock prices.
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor's degree in any related field preferable in English, Law, and Business.-Must have more than 4 years solid experience as a company secretary.
-Have specific knowledge and skills about laws and regulations related to company secretary work.
-Proficient in Microsoft office and PowerPoint.
-Fluent communication in English and Thai.-The ideal candidate should possess strong analytically skills, good strategic thinking, excellent communication skills.
