Job Description

Brand & Campaign Management

  • Adapt and execute regional/global brand strategies for the Thai market.
  • Lead development of localized campaigns to build awareness, trial, and brand affinity.
  • Manage creative adaptation, media planning, and digital-first content development in partnership with the regional brand team.



Shopper & Channel Marketing

  • Create shopper-marketing programs tailored to MT, GT, and other channels.
  • Translate brand campaigns into in-store execution plans to drive purchase conversion.
  • Collaborate with distributors and sales to deliver impactful POSM, activations, and visibility.



E-Commerce Development

  • Own the country's e-commerce marketing strategy across marketplaces, retailer.com, and social commerce.
  • Drive online promotions, mega-sale activations, and optimize product content to maximize conversion and ROI.



B2B Partnerships

  • Identify and develop partnerships with foodservice, institutional buyers, and co-branding collaborators.
  • Support sales teams in executing joint marketing plans to expand brand presence in new occasions and channels.



Business & Insights

  • Leverage consumer, shopper, and market insights to inform strategy and measure performance.
  • Track marketing impact on awareness, penetration, sales uplift, and ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets and own the marketing contribution to the BU P&L.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Marketing Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in marketing within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.
