Job Description

  • Lead and develop partnerships with distributors in Thailand and the Philippines.
  • Drive sell-in / sell-out performance and ensure achievement of commercial targets.
  • Develop and implement annual commercial and business plans, including pricing, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Manage contracts, negotiations, and joint business planning with local partners.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, focusing on merchandising, retail operations, and visual execution.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and consumer trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Act as the link between distributors and regional HQ teams, aligning on strategic priorities and execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in commercial, sales, or retail management roles.
  • Proven track record in distributor management or channel development, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and brand-building principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian language skills are an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial, agile, and comfortable in multicultural environments.
