Job Description



  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet revenue and market share targets
  • Lead and coach sales, trade marketing, and channel teams across multiple regions
  • Optimize distributor partnerships and in-market execution
  • Leverage data to drive pricing, promotion, and category management strategies
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless go-to-market execution

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Sales Director, Head of Sales, or GM Commercial.
  • Experience in beverage is a strong plus
  • Proven success managing both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade at a national level, including direct distributor and key account relationships.
  • Strong leadership track record in driving large commercial teams and managing cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with hands-on experience in sales forecasting, trade spend management, and P&L ownership.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
