Job Description

* Create and implement a forward-looking business strategy to fuel growth and enhance profitability
* Drive ongoing strategic evaluations of existing and emerging sales channels and product offerings
* Focus on managing risks, refining client agreements, differentiating products, and driving revenue and profit growth
* Prioritize understanding the unique needs and cultural nuances of consumers in various markets to craft differentiated, high-quality products and strategies focused on exceptional customer service across the entire value chain
* Contribute to the development of new products, including market research, marketing, and pricing strategies
* Design and develop innovative tools for sales and business development, tailored to different customer segments, and execute these strategies across both traditional and modern trades (TT&MT)
* Set clear, measurable objectives for direct reports and implement tools to track their progress
* Offer leadership and guidance to all sales and business development associates, including direct oversight
* Build and nurture a unified team culture, encouraging open communication, teamwork, and trust, while maintaining strong internal relationships and ensuring timely results
* Develop and launch incentive programs to encourage excellence and high performance
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce marketing content, such as press materials, web copy, and other promotional materials as needed
* Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and in media interactions when necessary
* Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry to leverage key market influencers and provide strategic advice on the company's positioning
* Provide executive leadership, offering insights and decisions on the company's strategic direction and organizational plans

The Successful Applicant

* Proven track record in sales, retail, and new client acquisition with over 20 years of experiences plus
* Experienced in developing new markets across multiple regions
* Background in start-ups and launching new programs or departments
* Comfortable with regular travel to conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings
* International work experience with exposure to diverse cultures
* Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English
* High professional integrity and strong ethical standards
* Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments
