Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and other strategic business objectives.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in cultivating strong customer demand and loyalty for NPWT products, actively engaging Key Opinion Leaders within assigned accounts.
  • Initiate the sales process for NPWT products, from prospecting and appointment scheduling to delivering compelling sales presentations, understanding client needs, and closing sales.
  • Champion NPWT products through in-depth product and clinical knowledge, providing essential clinical support to hospital customers.
  • Stay proactive in learning about product advancements and market trends through company-provided education and other relevant opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and uphold high service standards.
  • Maintain accountability by meeting commitments promptly and resolving issues effectively.
  • Monitor and communicate market insights, competitor strategies, and marketing information to the SM.
  • Participate actively in trade shows, conferences, and other initiatives as directed by the SM.
  • Conduct all business activities with adherence to regulations, company policies, and ethical standards to ensure compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a medical science, nursing, or clinical medicine-related field, with experience in the medical device industry.
  • >2 years of sales experience in Advanced Wound Care, Orthopedic Trauma, or Negative Pressure Wound Therapy.
  • Possess strong data analysis abilities, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a clinical sales approach.
  • Demonstrate proficient English language proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
  • Display self-motivation, a commitment to learning, and a mature approach to responsibilities.
  • Capable of thriving under time constraints and working autonomously.
  • Skilled in delivering effective presentations and facilitating discussions.
  • Exhibit a team-oriented mindset and adept interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using relevant Microsoft Office applications.
