Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology and data security.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technological solutions to business challenges.
  • Monitor emerging trends in the industrial/manufacturing sector to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the technology budget and allocate resources effectively to meet organisational needs.
  • Represent the technology department in executive meetings and communicate updates on key initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Technology Officer (CTO) should have:

  • A strong academic background in technology, innovation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading technology teams within the retail/industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
