Job Description

Strategic & Business Leadership

  • Develop and lead high‑impact bancassurance strategies to achieve revenue targets and accelerate market share growth.
  • Drive sales performance by increasing productivity, expanding the pool of active sellers, and executing competitive sales programs.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to ensure bancassurance offerings remain relevant, differentiated, and customer-focused.
  • Contribute strategic insights at executive forums and influence organisation-wide decision-making.



Partnership & Customer Engagement

  • Build strong strategic relationships with bank partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Strengthen collaboration across internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and partnership value.
  • Champion a customer‑centric approach to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen product penetration.



Governance & Compliance

  • Establish clear governance structures, including formal review processes and partner engagement procedures.
  • Ensure full adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards.
  • Promote responsible and ethical sales practices across the bancassurance function.



People Leadership & Organisation Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales and partnership team.
  • Drive employee engagement, capability development, and long-term talent retention.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and performance excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Over 20 years of leadership experience in insurance, bancassurance, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven record in driving distribution growth and managing large-scale bancassurance partnerships.
  • Relevant professional certifications/licenses (e.g., OIC, SEC, digital certifications) are advantageous.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
