The company is currently restructuring its operations to enhance group shared services and elevate the quality of finance and accounting functions. This position reports directly to the Managing Director, who is also the company owner.

Our client is a sizeable local business group operating in multiple industries.

Job Description

  • Oversee financial operations of nearly 10 entities.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and investments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Improve finance and accounting processes.
  • Manage financial risks and ensure compliance.
  • Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on financial strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in managing financial operations for multiple entities.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
