Job Description

  • Develop and implement the overall business strategy for the Retail and Department Business Unit in alignment with the conglomerate's vision and goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including market expansion, new product lines, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service excellence, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities to employees, ensuring succession planning and talent retention.

The Successful Applicant


  • Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience in the retail industry, with a proven track record of leading large-scale retail operations.
  • Experience within the Thai market and a deep understanding of local consumer behavior and retail trends is highly desirable.


  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and business planning abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive change and innovation.
