Job Description



  • Provide strategic leadership across all business units and functions to ensure long-term growth and profitability.
  • Take full ownership of the company's P&L, financial performance, and operational execution.
  • Define and implement the corporate vision, mission, and strategic plan in alignment with board directives.
  • Lead the organization through transformation, innovation, and expansion-both domestically and internationally.
  • Drive operational efficiency, commercial excellence, and organizational agility in a competitive market landscape.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance.
  • Ensure sound governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across all levels.
  • Represent the company to external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and industry bodies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CEO should have:



  • Thai nationality, with a minimum of 20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a CEO or equivalent executive leadership role.
  • Deep experience in the consumer goods industry, with P&L accountability for businesses exceeding THB 10,000M+ in annual revenue.
  • Proven ability to drive business transformation, market share growth, and operational excellence.
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen with board-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Track record of building resilient leadership teams and nurturing company culture.
  • High integrity, agility, and ability to navigate complexity with a forward-looking mindset.
