The position will involve close collaboration internally with all levels of Sales Team, as well as cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, PLM, and Pricing. Externally, the role will engage with Customers, Distributors, and New Prospects. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. Also, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and negotiating deals.

Job Description

  • Expand the distribution of company product in country across all channels.
  • Proactively initiate the plans / programs/offer to set up new partnerships for both B2B and B2C.
  • Nurture and sustain new accounts for an agreed period and then transfer to sales team.
  • Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies for expansion and sustainable growth of volume and profitability.
  • Develop both short-term and long-term initiatives to drive growth with speed and agility
  • Closely monitor business performance and immediately take action to close the gap
  • Responsible for developing and executing new business acquisition strategy, both short and long term, including of recruiting, retaining, and continuity, across business group (Retail and Non-Retail) and product category (Passenger and Motorcycle)
  • Develop initiatives and programs which create a differentiating competitive advantage in the market for growth and close the deal of prospect / new of business, work closely with cross functional team to ensure a comprehensive offer is given to prospective customer
  • Continuously track the KPIs for each channel / product segment to ensure progress in the right direction with agility
  • Frequently do the DSR/DSS training/coaching across country combined with customer engagement
  • Drive profitable growth with the right balance of Volume and margins

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in science, chemistry, or any related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Lubricant oil will be a plus.
  • Go-To-Market strategic planning and networking.
  • Customer management experience
  • Proven experience of delivering results consistently in different environments
  • Travel up to 50% may be required for this role
  • Fluent in Thai and English
