About Our Client

They specialize for finding solutions to better the business for majority of industries including Automotive, Food and Beverage, Automation, and Agriculture. They are expanding with over 50 offices around the world.
- Support local Sales Team to increase and achieve Distributor Sales Target for Thailand and Vietnam market.
- Create and develop strategy for Distributor Sales including pricing, contracting, network building, and team management.
- Contribute on training campaigns and take part on improving Distributor Sales Channel.
- Arrange costing and sourcing on tender stage
- Assist project team on the site supervise tasks Support team project on the site as well as controlling tasks
- Arrange meetings regarding business planning to build the support for Partners and Distributors.
- Take part on the performance management and development by preparing both yearly and quarterly review as well as other relevant reports.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Automation industry
- Strong background with Distributor Sales Channel
- Familiar with Thailand and Vietnam market is preferred
- Professional education in Electrical / Mechatronics, Electrical / Electronics or similar level obtained by experience
- Able to be based in Bangkok
- Experience managing sales team and business strategy
- Technical and supply knowledge of automation software are highly regarded
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate in English
- Continually looking to develop self in product knowledge and selling skills
- Independent and Team player
- Car License holder
