Job Description
- Manage and oversee key issues related to business and product development to ensure the achievement in commercialisation of potential projects with to related standards and regulations
- Develop policies, protocols, procedures standards and operational plans in areas of research and development to ensure the success in new innovation with compliance to related standards and regulations
- Actively participate in international networking forum, to advance our profile, positioning and advocacy in business goal
- Studying and researching for bench marking projects of competitors in terms of project segments, locations, land shape, mass studies, project efficiency, total units, units sold with percentages, selling prices per square meter and total selling prices, unit sizes, unit type mixes, and project value.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of experience in property development/real estate industry
- Experience in international market will be a strong plus
- Ability to communicate well in both Thai and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
