Job Description

  • Designated point person with key Dealers.
  • Manage annual sales goals and projections for the designated geography.
  • Understand and support the company's sales policies and procedures to ensure the proper and effective treatment of the company's customers.
  • Production of market surveys.
  • Identification and KOL management.
  • Direct and administer dealer promotions to promote sales and maintain favorable relations.
  • Develop and manage the dealer education programs required to maximize the effectiveness of the field sales.
  • Visit assigned dealers/customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information, solicit feedback on the company's products and services.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Visit potential dealers to qualify them as sales prospects for the corporation.
  • Relate new product ideas, promotional ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with medical devices or consumables, is preferred.



Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
  • Proficient in writing reports, market surveys, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and other business entities.



Special Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Thai is required.
  • Candidate must be based in Thailand.
