A leading dairy brand over a century, the company specialises in B2B dairy ingredients like milk powders, holds over global patents with products reaching globally across the world.

Job Description

  • Drive B2B sales of value-added dairy and nutritional ingredients, with a primary focus on milk powders and specialty solutions.
  • Manage and support regional distributors, ensuring alignment with our commercial strategy and providing tools for growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships across APAC.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including global KAMs and product development teams, to ensure customer-centric offerings.
  • Deliver market insights, competitor analyses, and feedback to enhance strategic planning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings in the region.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in B2B sales of value-added food or nutritional ingredients with a strong commercial mindset and results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing distributor networks, preferably across multiple APAC markets.
  • In-depth familiarity with the APAC business landscape, including regulatory, cultural, and commercial dynamics.
  • Communication skills with eloquent spoken and written English, enabling clear engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Professional exposure to European markets and commercial practices, ideally through prior collaboration with European clients or teams.
  • Experience or knowledge of the dairy industry is an asset, particularly in relation to milk powders and specialty dairy ingredients.
