Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and develop new business opportunities across energy and sustainability solutions to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and closing new clients
  • Create and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Engage and consult with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Lead and negotiate commercial discussions, proposals, and contracts to secure new business
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Analyze and monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Represent and promote the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and business development outcomes



The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate

  • 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, building pipelines, and closing deals
  • Open to candidates from diverse industries such as industrial, technology, services, Energy Solution, or engineering (energy experience is a plus but not required)
  • Strong business development and hunting mindset with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform consultative / solution-based selling and translate client needs into commercial proposals
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers across different levels
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to understand markets, trends, and customer insights Highly driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious and eager to learn and transition into the energy and sustainability sector
