Job Description

  • This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role ideal for a seasoned retail expansion leader with deep industry knowledge and a strong network in mall leasing and real estate.
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for retail expansion in the Thailand.
  • Identify and secure prime retail locations in top malls and commercial centres; leverage existing relationships with mall operators and developers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of setting up new stores-from site selection and lease negotiation to construction and handover.
  • Lead store build-outs in collaboration with contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams in operations, marketing, merchandising, and HR to ensure seamless store launches.
  • Manage real estate contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements in coordination with legal and compliance teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development professional should have:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail expansion, business development, or real estate management, ideally in fashion / lifestyle retail or similar industries.
  • Proven track record of setting up and scaling store networks in the Philippines,
  • Strong network in mall leasing and commercial real estate
  • Experience in project management and store construction oversight.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
