Job Description

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from management and department heads to develop project proposals, business cases, and clear presentations.
  • Perform ad‑hoc analysis on key business metrics, presenting insights that support visibility and executive decision‑making.
  • Evaluate existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into requirement documents.
  • Collaborate closely with BU team and the IT team to design solutions.
  • Ensure delivered solutions effectively meet business needs and objectives.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on strategic and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate and support UAT activities.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • Experience in business process analysis and improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, technology-based solutions.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in business, technology, or a related field.
