Job Description

  • Build financial models and tools that support strategic planning.
  • Provide analytical insights to guide business unit performance and KPI alignment.
  • Support environmental cost initiatives and sustainability‑related financial analysis.
  • Review and assess major investments and capital project proposals.
  • Strengthen financial control processes and governance structures.
  • Manage performance reporting and deliver insights for leadership reviews.
  • Analyze cost structures and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor working capital trends and propose optimization actions.
  • Conduct pricing assessments and evaluate financial implications of product strategies.
  • Partner with multiple functions to drive informed, data‑driven decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • Strong experience in financial analysis, planning, and modelling.
  • Solid grounding in accounting concepts and financial governance.
  • Ability to assess CAPEX proposals and evaluate investment scenarios.
  • Capability to manage cross‑functional financial issues and collaborate with various teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex data simply.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting strategic decision processes.
  • Adept at working with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
