We are hiring for Business Analyst (Core Banking) to ensures banking project requirements are effectively gathered, documented, and communicated to align technical solutions with business needs. The Business Analyst also supports testing to ensure project success.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking projects
  • Communicate with stakeholders to collect and clarify requirements
  • Submit business requirements on time and provide clarification as needed
  • Explain clarified requirements to developers, project managers, and other relevant parties
  • Create test cases based on business requirements
  • Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking
  • 1-2 years of experience in core banking
  • Knowledge of APIs and technical specifications
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and at least one banking function
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Positive mindset, adaptability, and willingness to work overtime if required
