Now, my client is entering the Thai market with a distributor covering all channels, starting with office sales and expanding to reach consumers nationwide, bringing their iconic food to every corner of Thailand.The team will cover Commercial Marketing, Brand & Communication, Shopper & Channel Marketing, and E-Commerce, working together to drive awareness, engagement, and growth across all channels. This is not just a marketing role-it's a chance to be part of a strategic, fast-growing initiative in the dynamic FMCG food sector. You will have the autonomy to implement creative ideas, lead impactful campaigns, and directly contribute to the brand's success in Thailand.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute brand communication and brand strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead integrated marketing and campaign planning across online and offline channels
  • Plan and manage digital and social media content with strong cultural adaptation and local market relevance
  • Localize global marketing strategies for the Thai market
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities
  • Manage and collaborate with creative, digital, and media agencies
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights and KPIs

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in brand, integrated marketing, or communications within an MNC environment
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, and integrated marketing
  • Proven experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Strategic, commercial mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
