Job Description

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through outbound sales, partnerships, and market intelligence, acting as a true hunter to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute targeted business development strategies tailored to customers, leveraging cultural insight, language skills, and regional business practices.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customise solutions, pricing, and proposals that meet the needs of businesses.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback within assigned segment to refine go-to-market approaches and identify new opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in construction, steel, or related industries.
  • Proven hunter sales experience with a strong track record in new project acquisition.
  • Fluent in Chinese speaking skills are mandatory.
  • Established connections with Chinese customers is an advantage.
  • Good communication, negotiation skill, hands on and logical with good team player mindset.
