Job Description

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Go programming language.
  • Design scalable and efficient system architectures to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend systems with other platforms.
  • Optimise application performance and ensure high availability.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven ability to develop software using Golang.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and microservice architectures.
  • Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software issues and debug large codebases.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing APIs and microservice architectures.
  • Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Skilled in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, ReactJS, or VueJS.
  • Expertise in Docker, including creating Docker images and deploying containers.
  • Solid understanding of frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
