Job Description

  • Secure orders through efficient customer visit planning and strong rapport-building. Develop targeted sales strategies for both High Street and Industrial Indirect markets to align with corporate goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead efforts to attract new clients while strengthening relationships with existing customers. Conduct regular distributor performance reviews and implement growth plans to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Manage distributor networks and major accounts by analysing regional market data, forecasting sales, and recommending strategic actions to maintain sales performance and supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to optimise promotional efforts. Provide consultative advice to customers and coordinate issue resolution to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate order processing, and aligned branding strategies.
  • Drive profitability through pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and promotional campaigns. Manage customer credit limits, monitor receivables, and mitigate financial risks in compliance with company policy.
  • Ensure all sales operations adhere to industry regulations, corporate standards, and ethical practices to uphold the company's reputation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience in lubricants business, B2C and B2B indirect sales, and distributor management.
  • Expertise in sales strategy execution, market expansion, and relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making with excellent commercial and product knowledge.
