  • Drive growth through distributor, CashVan Sales and Sales Credit strategies.

A leading beverage and dairy company in Thailand, generating more than THB 10 billion in annual revenue. The portfolio includes evaporated non-alcohol beverage products, with strong nationwide distribution and a well‑established presence in both Traditional and Modern Trade.

Job Description

  • Achieve territory sales targets through strategic planning and flawless execution.
  • Build strong distributor partnerships with Cash Van, and sales credit models.
  • Lead and inspire sales teams for peak performance and engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Ensure perfect 4P execution and maximize in-store visibility in assigned territory.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years' experience in FMCG sales across Traditional and Modern Trade.
  • Proven success managing distributors, Cash Van, and sales credit strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication for motivating and influencing stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
