Job Description

  • Drive regional sales growth by executing 4P strategies and boosting in‑store visibility.
  • Lead and energize distributor teams, including cash van sales crews, to maximize reach.
  • Oversee sales credit control and ensure distributors follow healthy credit practices.
  • Manage distributor stock, P&L, route performance, and cash van distribution efficiency.
  • Strengthen market presence through sharp competitor insight, forecasting, and execution excellence.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Area Sales Manager should have:

    • 5+ years in FMCG sales leadership, managing both credit and cash van sales.
    • Strong knowledge of Thailand's GT/TT channels and distributor operations.
    • Proven ability to lead large field teams and drive high‑performance execution.
    • Skilled in sales forecasting, credit management, and route‑to‑market efficiency.
    • Excellent communicator with sharp analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
