The Area Manager (Thailand) is responsible for delivering product training and live demonstrations to both distributors and end users (approximately 70% of the role), while also managing, supporting, and expanding the existing distribution network throughout Thailand.

Job Description



  • Manage and support a strong client base across Thailand while developing new business and maintaining key relationships.


  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations to fulfill client needs and drive engagement.


  • Promote equipment through key industry players including distributors, kitchen contractors, culinary institutions, and chef associations.


  • Regularly visit end users such as hotels, restaurants, bakeries, hospitals, and central kitchens.


  • Represent the company at selected national and local exhibitions with live demonstration programs.


  • Spend over 80% of work time in the field, with regional and international travel as required.



The Successful Applicant



  • Proven sales experience with a hands-on, proactive approach.


  • Solid understanding of the Food Service industry-ideally with experience as a food manufacturer, distributor, equipment specialist, or chef.


  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing a distribution network.


  • High energy and self-motivation, paired with a charismatic personality that inspires and engages others.
