Governance, Safety & ComplianceUphold strong safety practices within all R&D environments and ensure compliance with internal standards.Protect intellectual property by managing patent activities and supporting confidentiality protocols.Maintain adherence to relevant regulations, certifications, and internal quality expectations.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science (e.g., Chemical, Materials, Civil, Chemistry).At least 10 years of experience in the ceramics, gypsum, industrial plaster, sanitary ware, and other special chemicals industries.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.Solid understanding of product requirements, industry benchmarks, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.Proven R&D experience in a commercial environment, ideally with demonstrated success in launching new or improved products.Hands‑on laboratory background and experience working with raw materials and suppliers.Ability to operate effectively in fast‑moving environments, handle multiple priorities, and convert technical requirements into actionable outcomes.Fluency in English is mandatory.
