Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support the AP team
  • Oversee daily AP operations, invoice processing, and payments
  • Manage account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor performance against KPIs & SLAs
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Prepare and present operational reports

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years in AP with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Thai Speaker with strong English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
