Job Description

  • Translate business requirements into AI‑enabled workflows and automation solutions
  • Implement and monitor AI tools, ensuring performance, stability, and user adoption
  • Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate fixes with technical teams
  • Identify new opportunities for AI and emerging‑tech application across operations
  • Support training and knowledge sharing to promote AI adoption
  • Contribute to cross‑team initiatives to scale generative‑AI use across the organization

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Over 5 years of exprerience in related field
  • Strong understanding of generative AI and practical use‑case design
  • Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams
  • Familiarity with ML concepts and relevant certifications is a plus
