Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
  • Supervise and support the accounting team in daily operations and projects.
  • Manage financial audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
  • Utilise SAP systems to streamline financial processes and reporting.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance across all accounting functions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or Master's degree is a plus
  • 10-15 years of experience in accounting operations, including 3-5 years in management
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and operational processes
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO modules) and ERP systems
  • Proven success in process improvement and shared service transformation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in Thai and proficient in English
