Job Description

  • Oversee financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and Thai GAAP
  • Ensure timely month-end closings and accurate daily accounting operations
  • Manage tax compliance, including BOI-related filings
  • Supervise fixed asset tracking, reconciliations, and statutory submissions
  • Maintain internal controls aligned with SOX standards
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits
  • Lead and develop a team of two accounting professionals
  • Coordinate with Shared Service Center and Plant Finance for process improvements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role
  • Strong understanding of Thai tax laws, BOI, US GAAP, and Thai GAAP
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Skilled in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
