About Our Client
Our client is listed company sells food and beverages in Thailand. It is also involved in the restaurant business.
Job Description
- Responsible for Accounting & Finance day-to-day duties
- Preparing Acct / Fin reports interim, monthly and year-end and budget
- Responsible for A/P, A/R, GL, Fixed asset, VAT, and income statement
- Perform variance analysis of revenue and expenditure between actual and budget
- Regulate accounting document flow and controlling Invoices/proper implementation in the system
- Run the monthly cost forecasts and ensure all targets are met within the stipulated time
- Ensure that there is accurate recording of expenditure in the appropriate journals and ledgers
- Help the organization in preparing budget process by encouraging the budget holders to submit budgets at the expected time
- Ensure the arrangement of cost of production to material costs, wages, and overhead costs
- Prepare estimates of costs for unique products to establish prices of products and to forecast production
- Consolidate cost for payroll and distribution of inventory accounts
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's in Finance & Accounting
- More than 5 years experienced in the manager or up levels for accounting and financial including the business planning and analyzing with manufacturing environment
- Familiar with Thai GAAP, also IFRS
- Experienced in food and beverage industry would be advantage
- Good command of English (Speaking and Writing)
- Advance in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
