Job Description

  • Oversee all financial activities and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Maintain financial integrity and deliver strategic insights for decision-making
  • Improve accounting processes through technology adoption and workflow optimization
  • Ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance
  • Support audits and advise on tax and financial regulations
  • Streamline processes and implement automation for efficiency
  • Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring performance growth
  • Manage cash flow, receivables, payables, inventory, and fixed assets
  • Execute month-end closing and deliver accurate financial and managerial reports

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPD required; CPA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, cash flow, consolidation, and month-end closing
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High integrity, professionalism, and effective leadership capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and accuracy
