Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a hands-on and experienced Accounting Manager to support their journey toward IPO readiness. You will play a key role in transforming their accounting structure from non-PAE to PAE, preparing accurate financial statements in line with IPO requirements, and ensuring full compliance with Thai accounting standards.

Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Lead the transition from non-PAE to PAE, ensuring the accounting structure complies with regulatory and IPO requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of financial statements during pre-IPO and IPO phases.
  • Partner with external advisors, auditors, and underwriters during IPO preparation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end/year-end closing, and all relevant financial reports.
  • Maintain compliance with Thai GAAP, TFRS, and local tax regulations.
  • Supervise and coach an assistant accountant; provide guidance on accounting principles and best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, legal) to ensure data accuracy and control.
  • Utilize SAP to generate and manage financial reports and data.
  • Identify gaps, suggest process improvements, and implement accounting best practices to ensure IPO-readiness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
  • CPA and CPD certified is a strong advantage.
  • At least 8 years of accounting experience, with Big 4 background preferred.
  • Proven experience in IPO preparation or financial reporting for a company undergoing IPO.
  • Strong knowledge of PAE structure, Thai GAAP, and TFRS.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English and Thai (written and spoken).
