Job Description

  • Establish accounting frameworks for new entities and business units
  • Provide expert guidance on payables, receivables, fixed assets, and transfer pricing documentation
  • Ensure adherence to TFRS, IFRS, and local regulations while maintaining robust internal controls
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including JV validation and postings
  • Deliver accurate financial and management reports for strategic decision-making
  • Lead the consolidation team and advise on complex accounting issues
  • Collaborate with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance
  • Manage the preparation and submission of tax filings on a monthly and annual basis
  • Recommend improvements to accounting processes and systems
  • Handle special accounting projects and ad hoc assignments



The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Consolidation Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
  • 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • In-depth knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS, and statutory compliance
  • Strong expertise in accounting and local tax regulations
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to manage complex scenarios
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; willingness to travel internationally
