The main responsibility of this role revolves around providing support and upkeep for HRIS. The person will act as the technical/functional liaison for HR Systems, ensuring data accuracy, testing system modifications, addressing interface and other issues, overseeing business processes, creating reports, and examining data flows for opportunities to enhance processes.
The Human Resource Business Partner will be a crucial member of the HR team, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, developing and retaining talent, managing performance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role demands a pragmatic, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of employee relations and a strong ability to balance workforce needs with business goals.
