The business has created a new role which will see you leading their sales division in Cambodia, a team of 7 individuals which is growing. You will be involved in taking the current sales practices and providing training and development to the team to enable them to think more laterally in their sales. This is a long term role, where you will be able to shape and influence the future culture of the team and en grain in them a consultative and market leading sales mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the team responsible for the account management, strategy and planning of the Cambodian market
- Management of key accounts, and assisting team members in growing and penetrating these accounts
- Coaching, training and developing team members in advance sales techniques and consultative selling
- Represent the brand in the local market and be seen as an expert to the local industry
- Lead the execution of the overall market business plans to exceed KPI metrics
- Build and maintain a high quality team

The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced sales individual who has developed a strong consultative and value-add sales mindset. Team leadership experience is essential, along with a coaching and hands on approach to developing the capabilities of your staff.
Experience of working in a highly structured sales environment would be an advantage, including sectors such as banking, financial services, FMCG, consumer products and technology products.
A Cambodian national with an overseas education or working experience is required, based on the need for local market knowledge.
