As the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the company. You will collaborate with executive leadership and department managers to design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
Responsible for ensuring the day to day HR functions are performed in accordance policies and procedures and HR best practice and to provide direct advice and guidance to Stakeholder on HR policies and procedures. He or she will be in charge of implementation of the annual HR objectives and other HR projects. This role will also supervise the Snr.
